The challenge: renovate an operating restaurant and neighborhood icon in 60 days—and execute a publication-worthy finish-out in the process. Todd Fiscus, part-owner of Tillman's Roadhouse in Oak Cliff called DMAC to create this unique and notable concept space. New HVAC system, complete kitchen overhaul, renovation of existing baths, new electrical system and ADA-compliant upgrades were all executed on-time and on-budget. And clever interior design elements such as shiplap siding walls and open-face cut log veneers gave us an opportunity to shine in this visionary partnership.

Now, check out our newest Tillman's Roadhouse project, open in the Fort Worth museum district in late 2009.
