The owners of this commercial photography studio commissioned DMAC to carve a residential apartment out of their existing work space. In addition to constructing an enclosed area for the bedroom, we introduced new light sources to the space with extra windows and transoms. A stucco finish and new modern entrance treatment to both residential and commercial spaces gave the location a completely fresh look while interior track lighting and upgraded HVAC and security systems enhanced functionality and efficiency.
