Think of Swiss Avenue and the first thought is "history". The second is preservation— and that means doing it right, from the inside out. When we reviewed the proposed renovations to this beautiful mansion’s family room, kitchen and master bath, we determined that creative and precise foundation solutions were needed before cosmetic renovation could begin. Ultimately, this would ensure that our work would remain sound and the renovation itself would remain a sound investment. Then we set about the icing on the cake; custom bookshelves and French doors made the living space come alive. Existing cabinetry in the kitchen was preserved and re-worked to facilitate an improved layout of appliances and workflow for enhanced efficiencies. Existing plumbing was upgraded in the master bath and topped with new tile and a new glass shower.
